Delete your Piccs account
You can permanently delete your Piccs account and personal data at any time. Choose whichever path works for you.
Option 1 — Self-serve (fastest)
Sign in and open Settings. At the bottom of the page, under Danger zone, click Delete my account and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately. You will be signed out, your profile will be removed from public surfaces, and your active Pro subscription (if any) will be cancelled.
Option 2 — Submit a request (no sign-in needed)
If you cannot sign in, fill out the form below and we will process the deletion within 5 business days. We may email you one verification question first to confirm the request.

What gets deleted
- Your auth account is closed and you are signed out everywhere.
- Any active Piccs Pro subscription is cancelled.
- Your name, email, and contact details on Piccs-side records are replaced with non-identifying placeholders.
- Your avatar, portfolio media, and uploaded attachments are removed from public surfaces.
- The Stripe Connect account associated with Piccs is rejected — it stops accepting new payments. Any pending balance pays out per Stripe’s standard policy. Stripe retains transaction records on its side per their retention policy.
What we are required to keep
U.S. tax-record retention windows require us to keep certain transaction records for up to 7 years from the date of each transaction:
- Invoices, contracts, disputes, and payout records — retained in anonymized form (no name, no email, no avatar) until the 7-year window expires, then permanently purged.
- Stripe-side records (payments, payouts, KYC verification) are governed by Stripe’s retention policy and exist independently of Piccs.
This anonymized retention is what allows us to honor regulator audits and respond to chargeback inquiries without exposing your identity.
